We are Princess Hair Factory – a big manufacturer of human hair in Vietnam.
We have factory and office in Bac Ninh province (It is far about 20 minutes driving from our office).

2. What is single, double and super double drawn hair?

They are all our high quality human hair, cuticles aligned. The difference among them is the amount of short hair mixed inside
the bundles.

• Single drawn hair is thinnest standard, so the price is cheapest
• Then double is medium thickness.
• Super double drawn is the thickest standard and price is highest.

The quality of hair between single- double- super is the same quality.

3. What is MOQ?

My MOQ is 0,5 kilogram

4. How many bundles for a full head? 

• 10″-14″: 2 bundles
• 16″-20″: 3 bundles
• 22″-32″: 4 bundles or more

5. How do you take care of wavy hair and curly hair?

To comb curly and wavy hair even when the hair is dry or wet, it is recommended to use a wide tooth comb or with your fingers, avoiding tangles and
shedding hair by a thick tooth comb. Wash the wig with shampoo and conditioner 1 or 2 times per week.

6. What is the difference between real human hair and synthetic hair?

Testing the hair by the fire. If it’s synthetic hair you’ll see high flames, molten hair clumps together and a horrible burnt plastic smell. As for real human hair,
it burns very little smoke and has a characteristic burning smell without the plastic smell.

Another test from water. Synthetic hair feels heavier when wet and doesn’t hold their shape. On the other hand, real human hair will retain its wavy or curly
shape even when wet.

7. For the hair qualities: single drawn, double drawn, super double drawn. Which quality is better? 

Their quality is the same. They are just different from the thickness of the hair ends. Single drawn quality has the thinnest ends. Super double drawn quality
has the thickest ends. Double drawn quality has moderate thickness.

8. Why do you make closure for a very long time?

Dear, Closure is made by hand 100%, it takes 2-3days one staff only makes 1 SET.

So next time, when you order closure, please tell me soon, we will make it in time for you.

9. Why is the shipping fee so expensive?

My dear, that is the price which the shipping company gives me. I cannot change anything, I don’t have any profit here.

10. Why is the delivery so slow?

Actually, at this time, we have many big orders, and we are improving technology so some orders are delayed.  We will try to make it quickly for you and
send it as soon as possible.

11. If I am not satisfied with the hair? What is your policy?

Reason

The product has lost its seal, is delivered with the wrong quantity, information and model compared to the order.

The product is damaged due to a manufacturer’s fault (difference from the manufacturer’s published quality standards).

Condition

Only items that are untouched and unused will be eligible to be returned and can receive a refund. This means that we cannot accept returns or exchanges
on hair extensions and wigs that have been used/applied or washed.

The hair shall not be altered in any way. If the hair has been cut, colored, or installed, we will not be able to process your refund. This also applies to the lace
of our product lines. If the lace has been cut or altered, we can not process the refund.

The timeframe for you to claim refund or exchange will be 14 days after you have received the products. Please contact within 14 days after you have received
your order.

Who will pay for additional shipping costs?

All of the additional hair shipping costs that occurred when the customer requested a refund will be paid by the customer.

How will the return/ exchange process work?

Based on what the return claims are, we may require you to send picture proof to further clarify the problems and to assess the situation. Once we got the
products at our office. We will determine if your purchase can be refunded or exchanged.

Postage must be covered by the sender and it’s the responsibility to ensure that their return postage is appropriately covered.

Please notice that before shipping, we always take pictures and videos of the hair and send it to customers.

To avoid any dispute, please check pictures and videos with sales that you spoke to.

12. What color do you have?

We can make any colors you want, just send us the picture for the exact color, we can produce accordingly.

13. Can I get the wholesale price?

Yes, the price I give you is the wholesale price and you will get more discount when you order in large quantities.

14. What types of hair do you have?

We can produce any type of hairCurrently, we specialize in three main types: Bulk hair, welf hair, closure and frontal.

15. Will it shed or tangle?

The hair has no tangle or shedding at all.

16. How much can you produce a month?

From 800 to 1000 kilograms monthly.

17. Is the hair remy or virgin hair?

We have both remy and virgin hair. Remy hair is the hair mixed from more than one donor so each bundle is 100 grams and virgin hair is a special type
for bleaching and dyeing on your own when you receive it.

18. How to order your hair?

• Search for your products at our website.
• Select your final one and send its name with detailed description ( texture, quality, color, length, weight…) to our Hotline (+84) 967241 888.

  You can also contact our sales staff directly via Whatsapp number . We have an professional team expertising in English languages to support you the best.

• Confirm your final decision with us regarding types, description and quantity
• We will send  order confirmation with invoice
• You confirm the invoice and make payment. Our factory will start making when we got your money
• Our factory will update  your status of hair production everyday. You can video call to us anytime to see your product in our factory

  (This privilege is just applied in our Princess Hair factory).

• We make a video call for you to check the quantity of hair when we finish your production. We ONLY SHIP WHEN YOU ARE SATISFIED.
• Order will be packed properly before sending to Logistics Providers.

19. How to pay for my order?

Once you have confirmed the price, you can pay for your order by Western Union, MoneyGram, or Paypal, a 5% extra charge will be applied to your order
price if you choose Paypal. Once the payment is completed, we will inform you as soon as possible

20. Can I bleach my dark hair? Black to platinum? Can it be lifted to 613 and remain its integrity?

Normally remy hair can be dyed to dark brown colors and it also depends on your technology.

We also have a type called virgin hair from one
girl which is very special for dyeing and bleaching.

21. What is the difference between Vietnamese Hair and Cambodian Hair?

Vietnamese hair is silkier and tends to be naturally straighter than Cambodian hair while Cambodian hair is coarser and naturally wavier than Vietnamese hair.

22. I do not want to pay tax when receiving goods. What should I do?

Yes dear, I understand. I will declare synthetic hair and low value.

28. How to take care of curly, deep wavy?

You should comb curly and deep wavy black and brown when hair is wet, not comb when hair is dry. Hair is easily tangled when it is dry.

29. Where do you collect the hair?

Our material hair is collected from healthy donors. It guarantees the quality of our hair.

All our hair is soft and shiny.

30. What is the origin of your hair?

Our hair is Vietnamese hair.

31. Can we color it?

If you want to color your hair by yourself, you should get Virgin Hair from one girl. It is the best hair for bleaching and dyeing hair even to blonde color.

32. What types of hair  do you have?

We are supplying Vietnamese Hair with different types of hair.

33. What is the price of your hair? Can I have the hair’s price?

Can you pls tell me which kind of hair do you want? (type,quality, style, color, length, weight and picture). If you want bulk or weft hair then I can

34. What is non remy hair, remy hair, virgin hair?

Non-remy hair is collected from the floor of temples and hair salons. Cuticle directions become mixed, causing tangling and matting.

• To disguise this the hair will go through an acid bath to completely strip the cuticle, similar to relaxing your hair about a dozen times
• Remy hair: each bundle remy hair are from 3-4 difference people mixed together, but all remy hair bundle are the same cuticle direction
• Virgin hair is hair from only one girl, cuticle aligned

35. Do you offer single donor hair or multiple donors?

We offer both of them which are virgin hair from one donor and remy hair.
